A cab driver is dead and at two others were injured and transported to the hospital after a 2:30 a.m. four car collision caused when a BMW ran a red light traveling southbound on Highland Ave. at Sunset Blvd. Avishkar Padhwy, 29, was booked for manslaughter and is being held on a $100,000 bail Officer April Harding of the LAPD told LAist.
